  19.    If you want to speed up or slow down LOOK2's keyboard response, use 
  20.    KEYRATE.EXE to set the keyboard delay/typematic rate.  KEYRATE will 
  21.    effect all OS/2 sessions, but it must be executed in a full-screen 
  22.    session.  Syntax is:
